Electronic signatures facilitated through the platform are intended to comply with applicable e-signature laws (e.g., ESIGN Act), but Paperless Property does not guarantee enforceability in every circumstance.
6. Data & Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload or generate using the Services.
By using the Services, you grant Paperless Property a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
Our Platform
All software, workflows, designs, trademarks, and technology underlying the Services are owned by Paperless Property or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

8. Fees, Trials & Billing
